We are looking for Project Site Engineer to join our team of professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit Project Sites to perform existing condition observations and measurements prior to design and development
- Initiate communication with the Owner and his General Contractor by requesting Construction Schedule and COIs issued to Node in the preconstruction phase
- Visit Construction Sites to perform Special, Progress and Energy Inspections pursuant to inspections identified on TR1, TR8 documents and plans associated with the project
- Prepare Special and Progress Inspection Reports
- Perform Construction Administration Services to ensure construction work is meeting deadlines, budget and conforms to the approved construction documents,
- When performing Construction Administration services closely monitor contractor’s craftsmanship to prevent any issues that may arise due to poor quality of work
- Resolve any issues that occur during construction phase
- Mark up construction documents for any on site changes and amendments required for ALL work types filed by Node
- Meet and report to Project Manager / Architect and CO coordinator to advise of construction site progress
- Update Project Collaboration platforms (Oddo, Teams) and entire project team with construction site progress
- Provide timely manner responses to client and Contractors RFI’s during all phases of projects
- Review and respond Client and Node team member email or other platform inquiries every morning and every night prior to sign off
- Prepare Foundation, Excavation and Structural Construction Documents using Revit, under direct supervision of Principal Engineer and Project Manager
- Revise and amend Foundation, Excavation and Structural Construction Documents pursuant to Construction Site changes

Desired Experience:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in discipline coordination using BIM-Revit
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, experience with Office 365 and SharePoint Plus
