Residing in Concourse Village of The Bronx, this building is a full service luxury residential coop.  Classified as Unsafe  after examination by our Engineering department, it was determined that work needed to include correcting the Unsafe items and deterioration from the previous cycles report to ensure the building attains a Safe status.

After multiple up close scaffold visual inspections, we are repairing unsafe conditions the NYC Department of Buildings found on the buildings balconies. To comply with Local Law 11 the building is currently undergoing extensive façade repairs. The building's cavity wall construction is typical of building’s built in the 1960’s and the façade was found with few wall ties. We are remedying this issue by installing helical pins which are very cost effective and secure the façade to the backup wall while also repairing the shelf angles that were deteriorated.

Multiple site visits, construction and project management, and clear communication with all parties involved ensures a smooth process to finish repairs as quickly as possible.
