Located on a classic New York City Brownstone street in the Charlotte Gardens neighborhood, this multifamily building sits just south of the Cross Bronx Expressway and Crotona Park.  The design features an exterior façade which highlights alternating black and red brick to give a unique, yet classic, design.  

This four-floor, 11-unit multifamily building in the Bronx maximizes space in a compact site using green zoning to the client’s advantage, capturing as much square footage per unit as possible. Our client desired a fast-track construction approach so our multi disciplinary team used CMU (concrete masonry unit) block as the main structure with openings and heights already incorporated within the block module.
