Located North of Madison Square Park (NOMAD), the new headquarters for Stellar Management now has an accessible central location for all of their managed properties.  Not only is it steps to the 28th Street subway station, it is also steps to Koreatown offering many restaurants for visitors and clients. 

Inspired by a simple and clean pallet, this 3 floor build-out project spans over 36,000sf and three full floors located on 28th St. in Manhattan.  The office space's open layout concept boosts plenty of natural light with most conference rooms in the core of the space, and storage space along corners. Amenities include offices, bike rooms, kitchens and breakout areas to maximize space utilization.

This Tenant Fit-Out project only allowed us 4 months to prepare drawings, go through the bidding process and complete construction. From early stages, client priorities and goals were addressed in the design process. Close collaboration and coordination with landlord, tenant, consultants, vendors, manufacturers and contractors kept everyone in agreement and most importantly on budget.
