A site in progress, this tenant fit-out is located North of Madison Square Park (NOMAD).  Not only is it steps to the 28th Street subway station, it is also steps to Koreatown offering many restaurants for visitors and clients. A convenient central location to commuters and locals, this project is ideal for any tenant ready to further customize their office space.

On the 16th floor, this project consists of approximately 8,000 square feet and brand new white oak hardwood floors.  The property managers of this fit-out wanted to create a completely renovated space ready for any type of tenant that may occupy the space.  Equipped with new HVAC and plumbing, including fixtures, throughout, we are also doing a complete redesign of the mechanical room and restrooms, including ADA accessibility. 

The concept of the "Vanilla Box" approach is taken in order to renovate the space and increase rental possibilities.  Keeping finishes simple and clean allows for anyone to rent the space for their needs.
