Located North of Madison Square Park (NOMAD), the new headquarters for Stellar Management now has an accessible central location for all of their managed properties.  Not only is it steps to the 28th Street subway station, it is also steps to Koreatown offering many restaurants for visitors and clients. 

After deciding to move headquarters, our client went the extra step to customize their new space prior to move in with a Tenant Fit-Out.  Taking over two floors, each consisting of 8,000sf of office space, the design had to include both individual spaces and communal areas with social distancing taken into account. The 6th floor holds the lobby and reception area with 12 private office spaces, a conference room, meeting room and open office space.  The 7th floor also has a lobby with reception area, however it hosts only 9 private office spaces, one conference room, a lunch room, three IT/Server storage areas and open office space.  The lesser office space takes into account the 2,500sf of rent-able area for subleasing.  Both floors include kitchens, printing areas, coat closets, and restrooms with ADA accessibility for employees and guests. 

As with all of our designs at Node, we make sure to implement as many Passive House principles as possible for sustainable and clean working environments.  This tenant fit-out includes quality insulation throughout the space to limit heat loss/gains, as well as airtight construction.
